This document establishes the General Contracting Conditions applicable to the purchase of courses through the DreamSelf Master website, in compliance with current regulations in Spain and the European Union, specifically Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
1. Seller Information
The digital products and services offered on this site are marketed by Joanna Nadolska, residing in La Palma, Canary Islands, Spain. Contact email: lapalmajoa@gmail.com.
2. Object of the Contract
The purpose of these conditions is to regulate the purchase of digital courses (infoproducts), such as the "Birth of the Goddess" course. Once the payment is made, the user will gain access to the digital materials that make up the corresponding course.
3. Purchasing Process and Prices
The applicable prices for each course are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, including, where appropriate, the corresponding taxes (VAT) depending on the location of the European buyer. The purchase process is carried out through secure payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal).
- The user selects the course on the web.
- The user is redirected to the secure payment gateway.
- Once the payment is completed, an email confirmation is sent with the access details to the digital material.
4. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European and Spanish regulations (Art. 103.m of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the 14-day right of withdrawal is not applicable to the purchase of digital content (such as video courses, audios, or PDFs) if the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
By making the purchase and accessing the digital content, the buyer expressly accepts and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal, so no refunds will be made once access to the digital material has been granted, except for serious defects in the delivered files.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content (videos, audios, PDFs, meditations, texts) is protected by intellectual property rights. The purchase grants a personal and non-transferable use license. The copying, reproduction, distribution, sale, or publication of the content without the express permission of the author is strictly prohibited.
6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any controversy that may arise from the purchase of the digital products, both parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's residence, as established by European legislation.
